		<description>I agree Ross. The templates look great but oftentimes they are over done and look busy -- too many graphics, colors, etc.

		<description>Regarding #4, I find it interesting that the mail marketing service I use, aweber, has a ton of templates for fancy messages, but I don&#039;t think I&#039;ve ever seen one used ny an email marketer who&#039;s sent me messages. I much prefer receiving plain text myself, especially for reading on my phone. Even in outlook, I find it to be a pain in the butt to have to click the button to let the images show up and sometimes wont read a message because of it.</description>
